Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms for programme fees, membership fees and TIMS admission fees. Required by the payment gateway before online payments go live.

TIMS Diploma Courses (ADIS, ADEE)

As published in the TIMS prospectus:

• Withdrawal before the session starts, where the institute fills the seat before the admission cut-off: full fee refunded less ₹1,000.
• Withdrawal where the seat cannot be filled: no refund.
• Permanent illness or disablement during the course (doctor’s certificate): full refund, subject to verification.
• Death of a candidate during the course: full refund to parents or spouse.

Programmes and Membership

Refunds for programme registrations and membership fees are decided by the office case by case. Write to us before the programme date with your registration reference.
