Using This Website

This website is published by Tarapur Management Association. Content is provided for information about the association, its programmes and TMA Institute of Management Studies. We try to keep it accurate; programme dates, fees and venues may change, and the confirmation you receive after registering is the authoritative record.

Member Accounts

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Membership is granted on approval of your application by the association and is subject to the association’s rules and bye-laws. Member benefits (including member pricing on programmes) apply from approval until the membership expires.
• We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site or other members.

Programme Registrations

• A registration is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Seats are limited and allotted in order of confirmed registration.
• Fees are shown in Indian rupees. Member and group discounts are applied automatically according to the rules shown on the programme page and do not combine with each other.
• We may reschedule or cancel a programme; if we cancel, fees paid are refunded in full. See the Refund & cancellation policy for withdrawals by delegates.

TIMS Admissions

Admission to ADIS and ADEE is governed by the prospectus for that year, MSBTE eligibility rules and the decision of the selection committee.

Intellectual Property

The TMA name and mark, and the text and images on this site, belong to the association or are used with permission. Programme material is for the registered delegate’s own use.

Liability and Law

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site or from interruptions to it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Palghar, Maharashtra.
